Using a rasor blade and chemical remover to clean off the old gasket material, along with the red silicone sealer matieral that proves to work well by being hard to get off aluminum parts.

A photo of me back in October of 06' when I was down in Blairsville, PA for my first month working on the car, tearing everything apart. Things started coming apart quick, and it gets a little disconcerting when its the first time you've torn down a vehicle, and wonder how long it will take to put back together again.

The Windshield channel was troubled from when I bought the car. Luckily it was only surface rust and everything cleaned up nicely. It appeard that whomever replaced the windshield last, scored the channel pretty badly and caused rust bubbles to come through on the surface. It really looked bad on the car before I was able to repair it.

Fitting the generic front lip that many an MK3 owner has on their car. It's simple, and does wonders for the front of the vehicle with the stock bumper. It may not be origional but I do like it. At least mine will be painted the exact same color as the car.

Antenna and Rear Windshield Wiper? Useless.

This will clean up the car a lot. I fiberglassed the hole in the stock spoiler, as well as the front nose cone where the square red supra emblem ususally goes. The end result of this and the wiper hole is more smooth lines to really clean up the exterior of the car.

I purchased an internal antenna one that will mount to the inside of the rear glass.

The brackets that came with the chassis stiffening brace were only meant to connect with one bolt. I thought this was poor design and so I cut the brackets at the end, and welded them as shown. This now allows for the brackets to be mounted to two stock bolt locations inside the car.
